Orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding US national holidays. We offer same-day shipping for orders placed before 11:30am Pacific Standard Time (PST). Orders placed Monday through Thursday after 11:30am PST will ship the following business day. Orders placed Friday after 11:30am PST will ship the following Monday.  

We’ll email you tracking information once your package leaves our facility so you will know exactly when to expect it.


We proudly stand behind our product, and we want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you can request a refund. We simply ask that you return it within 30 days of the purchase date in the same condition, unworn and unwashed. Refunds are issued to your original payment method less the shipping fees. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. 

Just follow these easy steps:

  1. Email us at support@madmadedesign.com and request a shipping label.
    We will email you a label to print at home. 
  2. Print the return shipping label.
  3. Put the returned product back into the original package and seal it securely.
  4. Tape the return label to the front of the package, covering up the old shipping label.
  5. Drop off the package at your local post office.                                  

Our aprons are limited editions and produced in small batches. If you would like to make an exchange, we recommend returning the original item(s) for a full refund and placing a new order.


Gift Cards are delivered instantly via email.  Here's how it works. You will receive two emails. The first email will be a confirmation of your gift card purchase. The second email will include the gift card which has a unique gift card code to redeem at checkout. Simply forward the gift card email to a friend with a personalized message or print at home. Gift cards have no expiration date or additional processing fees.
